Force clamp unfolding of individual titin domains

The force clamp was held at 80 pN, and the piezo height followed the unfolding of individual I27 domains. The step height is around 24 nm, as the domains are only partially extended at 80 pN. There is a double step at 2.5 s where two domains unfolded in close succession.
