Applications Excellently Positioned on the Asian Market —

JPK Instruments AG, a Berlin-based specialist for nano-biotechnological
applications, recently signed a distribution agreement for the
People's Republic of China with the Advantage International Corporation.
With the agreement JPK Instruments reaches the envisaged goal
of setting up a reliable distribution network for scanning probe
microscope solutions for the so-called "soft matter"
and Life Science sector within the Asian market. China joins Japan,
Korea, Taiwan and Singapore as countries in which JPK's instruments
are distributed.
Advantage International Corp. is a subsidiary of Advantage Scientific
Inc. that last year successfully commenced distribution and sales
activities on behalf of JPK Instruments for the Taiwanese market.
JPK Instruments' solutions for nano-biotechnology ranging from
food analysis to medical applications are also distributed to
Germany, Great-Britain, France as well as the Benelux countries.
